Order Processing and Shipping Timeline

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, all orders will be processed within 7 working days.
Once processed, your order will be handed over to our trusted shipping partner, Courier Guy, for delivery.
Deliveries within South Africa typically occur within 7 days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly in remote areas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.
For orders requiring special handling due to the fragile nature of our products, additional care will be taken to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Conditions

Home Supply Organisation guarantees that all goods are supplied to the courier in excellent condition and will ensure that they arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same condition.
In the rare event of delivery to very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, we will use alternative methods, such as Post Office services, to ensure your order reaches you.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to exceed your expectations with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item.
You may return the item for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
If your product is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the circumstances.

Administration Fees

While rarely charged, Home Supply Organisation reserves the right to apply a 10% administration fee for returned orders if the returns process incurs significant administrative expenses.
